Hello everyone, Welco​me !

My name is Miriam Segudo-Jumalon, I am  a teacher, fulltime mother, Internet marketer, Part time Blogger and author in my own right.

I took up education for the only reason that I know, the only course with JOB security especially if you are in the public school, right? From the start you graduate the course up to retirement you will be a teacher with your retirement benefit.

True enough, Right after Graduation landed in a teaching JOB in a private institution that I lasted for 22 years.

Dreaming my own business.

It’s just a dream for me na magkaroon ng sariling paaralan, Dahil alam ko school is a business.

Pero paano ako magsisimula? I don’t have a million to have a school business kasi unang –una kailangan bumili ng lupang pagtatayuan ng school building.

Wala din akong milyon para sa operational expenses, budget sa facilities, sa faculty and staff. Maintenance ng buildings and permits.

Lahat ng yan  suntok sa buwan ang isang ordinaryong guro kung paano makakapagsimula ng sariling negosyong  pagtatayo ng sariling paaralan.

And alam naman natin na pag ordinaryong empleyado ka ang laging takbuhan SSS, PAGIBIG, BANKO,GSIS.Kilalang-kilala, minsan pa sa Bombay kumakapit.

Besides, schools now are mushrooming everywhere.bawat kanto private and public schools ay nandyan. Di ko na kaya makipagcompete.

Natapos nalang ang higit  dalawang dekada ko sa isang pribadong paaralan at nagretire at  nagdesisyong subukan ang  pampublikong paaralan kung saan ako employed ngayon.

 Pero ang nsa isip,I really wanted to have a business.

But, ang alam ko lang ay traditional na tindahan,

 that’s why I have a bakery business, but the thing is almost 2 decades na rin ang business ko it is still the same na lagi kang magdadagdag ng puhunan kasi nakukuha at nagagamit na ang perang pinagbilhan, and ang clients lang ay yung nsa paligid mo lang, e nagsasawa na rin.

Sobrang pagod dahil bakery business,

you need to wake up as early as 4 :00 am at magbukas ng tindahan,

tapos kahit piso ang bibilhin ng customer mo

kailangan mong tumayo kahit nagpapahinga ka.At usually closes the store at 9:00 PM kasi sayang pa ang benta.

At the end of the day very tiring tlaga.

If mag expand ka in other places you need again another thousands and thousands of pesos, bayad sa rental, baker, equipments, tindera and other things.

Kaya stop the business now!Sobrang Nakakapagod.

TRIED N​ETWORK MARKETING!

I have tried the bilog-bilog strategy of marketing, Re-head, re-head daw para double, triple the income.

Nasa office with long hours of seminar at  magdamagang training para daw sa mga “payaman”. No question, strategy nila yan.

​

Naranasan ko pa na kahit saan yung client pupuntahan mo at lalatagan ng business.

Nakakpagod at magastos sa pamasahe, pagkain.

Kinabukasan wala pa ring invite..I am a teacher, ayoko Makita ang sarili ko na mamimigay ng flyers,at mag-abang ng mga tao sa kanto.

Tapos lahat na ng kasama sa trabaho inalok mo na, kamag-anak, kaklase at kakilala.(LOL). ang  ilan sumali, ilan tumawa lang.

​

I lost more or less hundred thousand but failed! And stopped.

​

So thinking of, I really wanted to be a writer! To write my own book.

​

Then, may isang  agent  ng isang largest book company in the Phils,said

“ Mam graduate ka pala” pwede ka maging writer namin.”

            I only answered “ pwede siguro”

But it was my agony!

​

Kung paano ko gagawin,I don’t have the training for that.

Yes, I was able to write my thesis and dissertation but writing academic books is a different thing.

​

My title is not a guarantee that I can make it, without proper training, honestly saying I really  don’t know how to start.

​

Ang hinihintay ko na sabihin nila is

“mam, magwriter ka sa amin, may training kami attend ka.”But it does not happen.

​

Kasi paano mo gagawin  ang isang bagay na hindi mo alam at hindi mo pinag- aralan.

At sino ba ang dapat na magturo ng isang bagay na dapat matutunan ng isang tao?

Dapat yung taong may karanasan na at nasubukan ng gawin.

Halimbawa:

Sa baking, sino ba ang pwedeng magturo ng baking? Sa palagay ko Hindi teacher major in English na nag take lang ng NCII.You need an experienced baker na kahit walang diploma yan maitutro nyan ang tamang sukat ng ingredients at tamang oras sa pag bake ng isang bread or cake.

Kung kailangan mo naman  ng tamang paraan ng pagbibigay ng First Aid.Maybe you need a nurse or a doctor to discuss on the real thing for the right treatment. Right?

Not even a teacher major in Business Management can teach the real world of business if she herself doesn’t experienced how to manage a business or don’t even have her own business. What will happen is she will only teach the theories written on the textbook that the authors came from well- known schools in the Phils.

 I accidentally, discovered this Online Business Career of mine now, that makes me feel comfortable doing even I am employed.

Believe me, everything was by accident.

I am only browsing my facebook in September 2015 when I read and click the ad of “ How to earn extra 800,000/month in business” so I was stuck and click this ad out of curiosity, then from here that my journey in the online career has started because I was able to learn the step by step guide on how to make a profitable business in e-book writing that I dreamt of.
